Peregrine Townhomes 30 miles west of Galveston, Texas. This secluded island retreat is 3 miles west of San Luis Pass. Located on 14-mile long Follets Island, right on the Great Texas Bird Trail and Part of the Texas Coastal Wetlands, the 40-unit complex is fronted by miles of primitive beach. Across the street is Christmas Bay, abounding with fish, shrimp, crabs, and bird-life estuaries
The Townhome units are newly renovated and fully furnished, with full kitchen (dishwasher and microwave) air conditioning and covered parking. The one-bedroom units have 1 1/2 baths, a large balcony, and a maximum occupancy of 4. The two bedroom units have two full baths, four balconies, and a maximum occupancy of 6. There is a beachside pool and laundry facility. The complex is approved for exchanges through both RCI and II. Nearby there are surf & bay fishing and birding guide services, fishing piers, boat rentals, bait shops and restaurants. The San Luis Pass (Between Galveston and Follets Island) is recognized as being a superior fishing spot in the Gulf of Mexico.
The Moody Garden complex and the historical Strand district with shopping and dining in Galveston (30 minute drive), NASA space center and a multitude of World Class museums, sports centers, and restaurants are in Houston. There are at least 5 Nature preserves internationally renowned for premier birding, within a comfortable driving distance.
