Subject: He who laughs last ... thanks for your help!

Dear Cliff:
We just exchanged our new Mt. Amanzi timeshare for almost exactly what we wanted for this year.
One week, at Cocoa Beach, on the beach, at Discovery Beach Resort (RCI #2285), in a 2 bedroom/6 person unit, starting Saturday 10/1/05.
Alright, its a week later than what we first looked for but .... never say never!
Thanks to you and everyone at ICW for all your help!
Sincerely,
Andy and Christina B.
Dear Rob:
It has now been almost a year since I bought a timeshare package from you which including the RCI points resort Peregrine Townhomes at San Luis Pass, and three South African timeshares. The total annual points associated with this package are 163,000. The purchase has afforded us with fabulous travel opportunities on a very cost effective basis. We used 62,000 points to book a fabulous two bedroom unit in a prime ski week in Whistler B.C., which has arguably the best skiing in the world. We had inspected this resort on a previous trip to Whistler. To purchase a week there would have cost about $30,000 Canadian dollars. Needless to say, our purchase price was a FRACTION of that amount, AND we still had 100,000 points to spare. We used a bunch more to book two units for a four day NEW YEARS DAY holiday at a nearby Gold Crown Resort ski resort. Because I have so many points, I am able to use them lavishly, and am taking my cousin and his family along with us. We each will have 2 bed 2 bath units, during an extremely busy week, and the cost was only about 75,000 points. I still had enough points left over to book another prime 3 day ski weekend at a 2 bed 2 bath unit at Collingwood, ON, which I donated to a Charity Auction which benefited the Autism Society. AND I STILL HAVE POINTS LEFT OVER!!!

The best part of all is the maintenance fees. While the fees at Peregrine are VERY reasonable by North American standards, the maintenance fees at our South African resorts are much lower than here. I have enough points for 3 or 4 weeks of holidays at Gold Crown Resorts with maintenance fees about half of what you’d expect.

I would recommend you, Rob Tatom, and your company, International Condominium Wholesalers, most heartily to any prospective purchaser, and I would suggest that for our family’s purposes, the RCI points system has been excellent for getting dream vacations. And the low price we paid is just the icing on the cake.

Thank you again. I truly appreciate your excellent service and the great deal that we received from you.
David S.

P.S. I have to add on to this letter. I originally wrote this letter and e-mailed it to you yesterday. Last night I BOOKED PARIS!!!! with my points (only 41,000) for June of 2006. I’m donating it to another Charity Auction, this time to benefit the London Health Sciences Foundation, which has as their theme “Parisian Nights”. I just had to tell you, so you can let others know just how powerful the system is.

Dear Rob,
I purchased 78,000 points in timeshares in February from ICW. I spent 2 weeks in Hilton Head in March at gold crown resorts. Each week cost 8,500 points. I had a great time and I still have 61,000 points left. I am very pleased with my purchase.
Greg P.

Dear ICW,:
I am writing to thank you for taking the time to fully explain the RCI points system and advantages thereof. As you know, I own several non point timeshares that I acquired through you and have traded very successfully. Nevertheless, having a points host resort further and substantially broadens the possibilities and also allows me to use my "traditional" resort timeshares as weekly trades or for the purpose of conversion to points. I have already made some very difficult acquisitions with points. I also acquired two vacations within the forty-five day prior to use period for so few points that I could acquire nearly five vacations with the points from one of my timeshares. Please feel free to use me as a reference.
Very truly yours,
Lawrence Goldstein

Thanks, ICW , for encouraging us to go for what we really wanted! It came through, finally, this week, a 2-bedroom in the Mayan Palace in Puerto Vallarta. I'm sure hoping that the resort is as lovely in Feb., 2005, as it was when we saw it in 2001. This is the first time we've ever planned a year ahead, and it definitely is an advantage. ha! Usually we say, "OK, if we can't go there (wherever "there" is at the time), then where CAN WE GO during those weeks?" And we have had some absolutely wonderful vacations, including 2 great ones in Germany, one in Canada, and one in the Gaslamp Quarter of San Diego. We are fans!

Dear ICW ,
I wanted to also update you on one of my trades. We were able to Trade into a gold crown 1 bedroom and Hilto Grand Vacations Club in South Beach, Miami last November with my Dikhololo timeshare. It happened to pop on on the RCI Website and we nabbed it right away. I understand that is one of the hardest locations to get. What a beautiful place and the people there were superb. We had a great time. We have now booked into The Driftwood Inn Resort in Vero Beach and were able to get an Ocean Front 1 bedroom for this August. That one doesn't seem hard to get into but it looks like fun. We are trying so many different places and it is so much fun. We have more than paid for our condo's initial price by the savings we have enjoyed and we have only owned it now maybe three years. Thanks for everything.
Thanks, Lisa

Dear Stacie:
I had to write this note to express my appreciation for all your help in the purchase process. Holding our hand through the registration, advising us on all the alternatives available, even in selecting the resort to visit first made it a pleasurable experience.
So far we have visited Mexico, Cape Cod, and Nassau. We were always happy with our stays. Trading our South Africa resort was surprisingly easy, as you said it would be. I was somewhat hesitant at first, but in several cases the accommodations were up-graded because of the trade.
I am also happy that I took your advice with the two-bedroom unit. We have taken friends with us two times so far. That even made our trips more enjoyable.
I know my brother and cousin are very interested also, and you should hear from them shortly. Thanks again.
Yours truly,
Art Warner

Stacie,
Just wanted to drop you a line to let you know how easy it was to exchange my weeks from South Africa to the Dominican Republic on Thanksgiving week and Mexico during spring break for my daughter. YOU WERE RIGHT. Thanks for all your help. Regards,
Howard A.

ICW , thanks a million for changing our lives with these South African timeshares(Mount Amanzi,Mountain View, andDikolohlo) The trading power is phenomenal !!! We own 1bedrooms and have traded for a 3(bd) on Nantucket Island,a 3(bd)in Hawaii,2(bd) in Cabo and Paurta Vallerta......those are just a few. We have made priceless family memories. It spoils you and it's the only way to travel-it's like home away from home. Hurry and purchase as many as possible while they are still available.
Thank you, Denise Smith

I have a referral for you... my brother, Don S. Jr. His home # is (---) ###-####.
We just got back from Sheraton Vistana Resort in Orlando, FL... they were 'sold'.

By the way, while we were there... I met a couple from South Africa, who were familiar with Mt Amanzi. They said they love it, they go there every year!! They also said while they weren't familiar with Mt View, they knew the area and said it was a very beautiful area... similar to the Rocky Mts in the states.

Thanks,
Steve S.
Hi ICW ,
We just made the most awesome trade... Our Mount Amanzi one bedroom red week traded for a two bedroom condo at the Sheraton's Vistana Villages. This is a Gold Crown resort on International Drive in Orlando, Florida. It looks fabulous and we can't wait to spend a week there beginning February 8th. Purchasing two Mount Amanzi red weeks is one of the best investments we have made. Thanks,
Becky
Just wanted to update you on how pleased Debbie and I are with our 2 bedroom Dikololo Timeshare. We have traded it out numerous times over years with great ease. We have gone to Longboat Key, Fl Siesta Key, Fl and this year have used it for Myrtle Beach, SC. Naples, FL.(we love the beach) and our latest trade to Sedona, AZ this October(03) for a week in the west.
It ceartainly has lived up to the billing and been everything you have promised.
Sincerely,
Dominic P.
As owners of four weeks of one-bedroom Mount Amanzi properties, we are strong advocates of this resort's benefits for timeshare traders. With adequate planning, this South African resort draws difficult properties through rci, and its trading value can even pull last month miracles. ICW has the consummate sales person. We have thoroughly enjoyed her friendly professional style.
Sincerely,
Barbara and John B.

HI ICW ,
We are members of RCI pts & all trades have been great, we even got a trade into London for next May & that's almost impossible, Thanks for all your help, Susan & Paul Rebscher
We are indeed thrilled with our South African timeshares.
We have three weeks now and were initially a bit nervous about purchasing something so far away. But given the great deal we felt it was worth taking a chance, and also we were able to communicate with others who had purchased and found them to be great. Since our purchase, we have traded for the Bouganvillea in Puerto Vallarta, Orange Lake in Florida, Olympian Palms in Las Vegas, and Morritt's Tortuga in Grand Cayman. We have been able to secure excellent trades very quickly, and in some instances got a two bedroom trade even though ours is a one bedroom unit. As you can tell, we definitely feel we have gotten more than our money's worth and don't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Dear ICW ,

I can't begin to tell you how pleased we are with our timeshare in Mount Amanzi. It has been three or four years since we made the initial purchase. As a teacher, my husband and I are locked into vacationing during the typical (much sought after) school holidays. In spite of this, we have managed to go to Spain (Malaga), Acapulco (twice--Mayan Palace), Cancun(twice) and Aruba. This Christmas we will be in Palm Springs, California, practicing our golf swings and in February we'll be returning to Acapulco! We find that if we bank early and request immediately we are quite successful!

Thanks so much for helping us in this venture.

Ruth Fox, Great Neck, NY

Hi ICW ,
This is Nancy and Richard Dacko. We bought our timeshare from you a few years ago and have enjoyed every minute of it. We have been able to go to New Orleans, Cabo San Lucas, and next year San Francisco. We are members of RCI not points but RCI has been very good to us also. The best thing we did was buy Mt. Amanzi Timeshare from you. You are the best. Hope anyone who sees this buys from you.
Gary and I went to Cabo San Lucus with our trade in July. We stayed at the new Sheraton on the ocean. The place was gorgeous. The views were breath taking. We had a car and went all over. It was one of our best vacations. The property is beautiful. There was an infinity pool and two other pools with connectingpools so you could swim under the bridge from one to the other. We are looking forwark to spending another fabuloous week there next year.
Beatrice and Gary M.
I am happy to provide you with a positive report on how happy we are with out time shares in South Africa We have not been to South Africa, however, the trades that we have been able to access are unbelievable!!!

The condo that we traded into in Hawaii last March was just wonderful and we have managed, by booking ahead, to book two, two bedroom condo's for three weeks for CHRISTMAS of 2004. We will be able to take all of our children and grandchildren and having been there, we know that it will be a perfect holiday!! THe condo is right on a golf course for those of us who like to golf and it is a very short distance to some beautiful world famous beaches for those of us who like the sun. People that we chat with when we are away are always astounded at the "deal" we got for our South Africa venture.

We are off to WHistler next week to spend Canadian Thanksgiving there and the condo that we have traded for is first class. Thankyou again for all your help. I do need to deposit my 2005 weeks apparently, you always do that for us and I still don't know how to access the information I need on the computer and do it myself. Thankyou so much once again, take care.
Claire Carefoot.

ICW ,
I just wanted to let you know how much I love my RCI week. I didn't realize how easy it would be to trade a week in South Africa. My family and I have traded two weeks so far. We spent one week in Arizona and we are going to San Diego, California in August of 2004. I love just going on to RCI.com and looking around at all the places we want to go (we have a very long list). You have been a big help with anything we have had questions about. Thanks for always answering my e-mails so quickly and for being so friendly whether it's by e-mail or phone. I know that the people I have told about this that have bought a week (or two) are very happy with it.
Thanks again for everything.......Dona Aberle
Dear ICW :
Thanks for your assistance in the many situations that have been taken care of these past 3 years. I own Mt. Amanzi and Dikhololo and have always been happy to trade to places we have wanted to go. We have been satisfied. We have just purchased points at a Gold Crown Resort. They are willing to roll my weeks into points in order to use them in various ways. It should be interesting. Keep up the good work.

ICW ,

In June, 2003, I felt like I was taking a chance, even though I had done my research, when I bought a Mt. Amanzi week from you at a price of about 13% of what a comparable week sells for locally. This is our first timeshare experience even though we have been through 3 preview tours at resorts. We look forward to trading our week next year and for many years in the future. But here is the BIG story:

Two weeks later about July 10th I took you up on an offer to buy one week (one time only) at Mt. Amanzi for $50 but it had to be used by August 31st, only 7 weeks away. For the low price I would take a chance and test my own trading skills and test the value of Mt. Amanzi.

On August 1st found a need to provide resort housing in late August for visiting family members. I needed to put family members up in North San Diego County. (a very tough trade, I am told). RCI told me on the phone there would be almost no chance. Southern California, RCI says, is difficult to trade into in the summer. (Maybe the most difficult in the world?) Nevertheless, we posted our trade. Within 48 hours we got a hit. The result was that we got a week at the Lawrence Welk Resort (20 minutes away) for the family..... all for the grand price of $50 (plus the RCI trade fee). The experience was wonderful. The resort is great. Now THAT is a good deal!

This whole experience has made us a believer. My wife and I are very pleased with our Mt. Amanzi week at a bargain price. This is a fun story to tell.
Best Wishes,
Dan Daniel
Dear Dawn and Jeff.
We wanted to tell you that we have received two great trades so far from Mount Amanzi. We are really pleased. We have 2 weeks the end of Februaryand to the l2th of March. We will be staying at Vacation Village at Bonaventure in Fort Lauderdale. The second great trade is for Maui at Kahana Falls have one week confirmed and looking for a second week there or in Honolulu. You were right Jeff it trades for Gold Crown resorts. Thank you for the bonus week for getting two people to buy. I will try to get some more customers. Thanks again for the bonus week. If you need some verification that it trades well you can get a hold of Stanley or myself. I promise to put in a good word.

Hello ICW ,

I just want you to know how wonderful our vacations have been using the Mount Amanzi properties as a trading vehicle. Just recently, my family and I have done a lot of traveling including a Gold Crown in Hilton Head, SC and a Gold Crown in Charleston SC in August. We just got back from a week in Las Vegas where my brother (who also owns two Mt. Amazi properties) and I got together to celebrate his birthday. I stayed t the Hilton Grand Vacation Club and he stayed at the Carriage House, both Gold Crown. Additionally , we have been able to trade our properties for properties in Orlando, Sedona, Arizona and Bermuda. This has been one of the best investments I have ever made.
Thanks,
Jeff

Dear ICW ,

I wanted to take a moment to tell you how pleased and amazed we have been with our Mt Amanzi timeshare units.

We have made successful trades 5 times out of 5 attempts, and all to high-demand areas - Maui, Kona, 2 in Southern California, and one in Mazatlan! We were a little skeptical at first, but the results been unbelievable! When people ask where our time share is, and we tell them, they always laugh, like, "How stupid are you?" Then we tell them what we paid, and what trades we have made lately. The laughter stops immediately!

By the way, one of the trades, to Kona, Hawaii, we made as a wedding present for our oldest son, for his honeymoon! They, of course, loved it. Many many thanks again for your help in getting our units, and for all your help with any questions as they come up! You are absolutely the greatest!

Best regards,

Morrie and Marsha Baker

PS: Feel free to have anyone call us at any time if they don't believe this letter!

Hi ICW !

I am writing to let you know that my wife and I are extremely happy with your service and the success of our South African properties. We own three weeks there, and always have fun trading - never a problem getting in to an awesome resort. These are the best traders of my entire portfolio of 8 weeks! Thanks for the great service!

Bill in Green Bay, WI
Hi ICW ;

Just a quick note to let you know how pleased Colleen and I have been since purchasing our South African Timeshare from you a few years ago.

Since the cost is relatively low compared with other timeshare purchases, I was worried about who I was purchasing the timeshare from and what the service would be like after the sale. I have to say I don't think it could get any better than dealing with you and your company. You have been always accessible and I like the fact that I have continued to deal with you after the sale as opposed to being dished off to another department.

If you remember, essentially we bought it for use on our honeymoon. That first trip was wonderful as we exchanged into a great one bedroom unit at the Gold Crown Mayan Palace in Puerto Vallerta. We were fortunate that year to be able to use the bonus vacations offered by RCI and stay in the Mayan Palace in Nuevo Vallerta for the second week of our honeymoon (also a Gold Crown). We paid around $350 Cnd for that entire bonus week, which was almost ridiculous as that resort charges $300 USD per night!

Since our honeymoon we have used our week to go away every year for our anniversary. Our first anniversary we exchanged into Vistana , a great Gold Crown Resort in Orlando (2 bedroom) and on our second anniversary we exchanged into the Island Seas Resort, a Gold Crown right on a gorgeous stretch of beech in Freeport Bahamas.(1 bedroom).

Since I called other owners for reference before I purchased, I would be more than happy to speak to anyone if they are interested in more details. Feel free to give out my number.

Best Regards,

ICW ,

We are very happy with our South African timeshares (we have 2). We have been successful trading both of them. We have two trips planned for next year (2004) and it was not hard to get those at all. We have several friends who also have the South African timeshares and they are very happy with them too. You can't beat the price for what you get compared to the timeshares in the US. I have had excellent help from the people at RCI as well. They are very helpful when booking trips.

Attn: ICW ,

I want to THANK YOU for all your expert assistance in making my time share vacation the best vacation I have ever had.

As you know, I was reluctant to buy into time sharing espcially in South Africa. Everything you told me has come true and more than I had imagined!

I was able to trade my one bedroom unit and was lucky to get the following:
1. Gold Crown Resort Pahio in Kauai #1376
2. Gold Crown Bay Club in Hawaii #3684
3. Gold Crown Embassy Vacations Resort in Maui #4985

I had three beautiful weeks in Hawaii, all because of you guidance. It paid me to do business with you and your company International Condominium Wholesalers, Inc.

Thanks again for all of you help.
Best Regards,
Roland B.

P.S. If I had to pay for these wonderful accommodations, I would have spent between $7,000.00 to $8,000.00. I did it with your help for under $1,000.00

To Whom It May Concern:

I own 12 timeshare weeks in South Africa. I am continually amazed at the trades I get. Many Hawaii, Las Vegas, Scottsdale, Sedona, San Francisco, beachfront California and Florida, houseboats, Door County, Gatlinburg, Cancun, Maine, Grand Cayman, Aruba, etc. etc. The majority of my trades have been two bedroom Gold Crown units!

It is not always easy, but ICW taught me the “tricks” to get the trades I wanted. I spend a few minutes checking my account every day, early in the morning, and I eventually always get what I seek. It is nice to own a lot of weeks because you can get more than one unit at a time, if desired, or stay for extended periods. I frequently am able to reserve two years ahead of time because I have 12 strong traders.

Finally, ICW has taken the hassle out of paying the dues every year by automating the website in South Africa. It takes me only a few minutes every year to renew my units all done on the internet. The renewal process takes a couple of months if you don’t purchase through ICW.

ICW is always responsive and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend her and ICW, Inc.

ICW ,
Anything I can do for you just ask. I just got my confirmation two days ago from RCI advising me I got my trade into the Suites at the Eastern Slope Inn, a Royal Crown location. I am just delighted. In fact, last year when we interviewed with the guy trying to sell me timeshares at their resort he confided he owned a share at Dikoholo for trading purposes. Even the people in the business know what a great deal you offer. Take care and after four years and four trades I am 110% delighted!
Give my name to anyone that wants to contact me.

Hi: Just a note to tell you we are presently in Las Vegas at the Cliffs at Peace Canyon Resort. It is a very luxurious Gold Crown - - however, we have found the resorts in Phoenix and Mexico superior. We been very happy with Mount Amanzi - so far - and have had wonderful trades in the past two years. We have traded for Phoenix at the Legacy - Sunterra Resorts - and Puerto Vallarta for the Mayan Palace and Velas Vallarta. The Mayan Palace was fantastic - gorgeous - and I can't say there were any resorts we traded into that were not great resorts. We are happy with Mount Amanzi and it seems to trade as well as any Gold Crown - considering it was not a very expensive timeshare to purchase. We enjoy dealing with your company - whenever we have a problem - we phone you and you always have the answer. We consider Mount Amanzi a good purchase.

Hi ICW ,
I just wanted to get back with you after trading my first weeks with Dikhololo. I was able to get three weeks at Sheraton Vistana Resort in Orlando, Florida, all in the same week for Mardi Gras week. Being from New Orleans, we like to get away because of the crowds. We had a family reunion with my parents, my brothers and sisters and their children. We had a great time. With my one bedroom, I was able to get three 2-bedroom units with two baths all in the same week, even though they have a 1 out of 4 year trade-in. The resort was amazing. We didn't even get a chance to see it all it was so large. The pools were all heated to above 80 degrees and were open till 1:00 a.m. which is unheard of normally, so after getting back from Disney, the kids would swim till 11:30 and then pass out. I was scared to buy the African timeshare, but it definitely worked and worked well. Those timeshares were selling for $20,000 + with MF of over $650 a year or renting for $300 a night. The resort treated us like we were owners. They were super, super nice and superb for adults and children.

I also got married last year and went to The Grenadines. Although I didn't trade into the Tradewinds Cruise Club because of the timing of our week there, we did get to go aboard their super large Catamaran and get a tour. It was beautiful and we will be trading on to that soon, too, we hope, if we can find the time. We also stayed two nights in St. Lucia at an RCI resort, Oasis Marigot, and it was just super, too. We would definitely go back there and trade in there, too. Anyway, thanks for the timeshare and it really worked out well and we hope to make it an annual reunion trip with the family going different places in the world and now I am confident that it will all work out.

Thanks again,
Lisa L.
Just need to tell you that I am very pleased with my South Africa time share I use it for Trading and so far it has provided me with very good trades . I have used it for Places in Orlando and have used it mostly for Marco Island in Florida. All of these that I have been to were excellent.

Dear ICW :
When we bought our first two weeks at Mt. Amanzi from you four years ago, it was a trial of sorts. We wanted to be certain that they would trade well for the places we like to travel. We were not disappointed, as we've been able to get exchanges into all of our desired destinations, including everywhere in Hawaii as well as Sedona Arizona, Vail Colorado, Santa Fe New Mexico, Jackson Wyoming, etc. Since buying those first two weeks we've bought additional weeks, some more at Mt. Amanzi and two at Dikhololo. We now own seven weeks total. All have traded really well. Often we've been able to get two-bedroom units in trade, even though all of the weeks we own are one-bedroom units in South Africa. Many of our trades have been into Gold Crown resorts in extremely desirable locations. In summary, we've become enthusiastic endorsers of International Condominium Wholesaleers and the weeks we've bought from I. C. W., and we've recommended them to many of our friends and acquaintances. In addition, we've been extremely pleased with the SERVICES provided us by ICW. They're great!
Sincerely,

Hi ICW ,

I am in the process of planning our next vacation, (though this is something my husband took care of in the past) and I had to bank my weeks and it was quick and easy. I am researching as to where we would like to go next, our favorite has always been the Caribbean our last trade to Saint Marteen was a fabulous trip and gorgeous time share, we were very happy. Our total experience with RCI has been great and the online info we get is very easy to understand. Hope to be on a plane soon!

I just wanted to write you and let you know that I had such an amazing time in Portugal using the RCI points membership. I booked it for 7,000 points with only a couple of months left and the accommodations were great. Nice pool, walking distance to the ocean and what beautiful beaches. The resort had underground parking and the staff was so nice. I would highly recommend a points membership to anyone and highly recommend it to people like myself that sometimes go at the drop of a hat. More then the points membership though I would recommend you ICW and Jeff for having such a terrific operation.

All the best

Hi,
Thanks for calling me about the Mountain View time-share last week. The price was excellent, as well as the low maintenance fee. My wife prefers to settle in on our Kruger Park Lodge time-share before acquiring any others.

I would also like to thank you for your excellent service and help with our first time-share. We were cautious about buying a time-share, after hearing about the pressure sales tactics some of our friends have been exposed to with time-share sellers. We checked with the BBB in Texas, and your company, ICW, was given a good report. Your low key approach, sending us the information we needed so quickly, and being able to verify what you said on the internet, enabled us to make up our minds about purchasing. You appear to have given the same type of good service to our friends , Bev and Orville, who I believe, will purchase the Sun City week you recommended. I will keep referring my other friends to you. My nephew is a Professor of Medicine at a University in Pretoria, and he and his friends own time-shares in Kruger Park and Sun City. My sister-in-law visited both sites and said that they were both very nice, but she prefers Sun City.

Even though we have not received our Deed, we decided to exchange our Kruger Park for a week in Florida, during the mid-winter school break. Checking RCI instant transactions on inter-net, we could only get studios and one bedroom, so I had RCI do a search. To our pleasant surprise, within three days, RCI had a two bedroom, in Orlando, at the Hilton Grand Vacations Club at SeaWorld International Centre. We had to let that exchange go, because my daughter's partner in their dental practice had already booked off at that time. Kruger Park Lodge is indeed readily exchangeable.

I know that you have space-banked our, 2003, week with RCI. Would you continue to do this for future years, or do we have to do this. Please let me know.

Thanks again, I will be in touch with you later.

Yours truly,
Ray Lee

Dear ICW ,
We are very pleased with our weeks in S. Africa. We have traded for Mexico, Sedona, Lake Tahoe and Hawaii and those are just the trips we are to take in the next 10 months. We have been able to trade and join friends on vacation that have spent over 10,000 dollars and sometimes more on their timeshare and we can trade and get the same unit and the same week. Trading power is very good and we really have not had a problem. Service with your company has always been top of the line. Keep up the good work !

Hi ICW ,
Thanks for the efficient manner in which you handled our recent purchase. I am SO glad I found ICW and the fantastic bargains you offer there.
We purchased a 1 BR unit there in Dec 1999 and we were a little skeptical buying a unit in South Africa but after thoroughly checking out ICW with BBB and RCI and others we went ahead.
That has been the most beneficial vacation decision we have EVER made! We got two weeks when we purchased and we used one for a delightful vacation at the World Golf Hall of Fame in St. Augustine, Fl. Comparable units there were selling for $17,500 with a $450 maint Fee!! We then traded our other week for Kaui, Hawaii.
Our 2000 week was used as a wedding gift and my sister in law went to the Dominican Republic and had a fantastic time.
We just purchased our second resale, a 2BR unit at Mt. Amanzi in South Africa and saw the two weeks credited to our account last week. I have JUST finished trading those for a 2BR unit (Gold Crown Resort) in Cancun for 2003 and a 3BR unit at a fabulous Hilton Head Gold Crown resort in August 2003!! AND I might add, my exchanges are instant and on-line, there is ALWAYS good quality available when I search.
Between these two units, RCI Bonus weeks and other vacation opportunities we are set. Oh, did I mention that both of our units are RED, FLOATING, and DEEDED forever ?? AND that our Maintenance fees are UNHEARD of here in the states (both less than $150.00)
We are now working on finding some referrals to earn still ANOTHER week.

I'm telling everyone I know to call you ...
Thanks again

ICW ,
Once again Mt Amanzi does it. Just got my spring break condo in Keystone, Colorado for next year. (1 bedroom Gold Crown) Had both Mt Amanzi and my 2 bedroom Fairfield Gold Crown searching for a minimum 1 bedroom unit. My Fairfield has not pulled anything!! Within one week, Mt Amanzi pulled the unit at Keystone. I keep telling my brother and other long time timeshare friends to look into ICW and South Africa, buth they're hesitant. They struggle and I have success--GO FIGURE !! I have to thank you again for introducing me to Mt Amanzi, those wonderful low maintenance fees and the great trading power.
Mark Y.

Have been successful trading one week of Mt. Amanzi for prime red week (week 2) 2003 at Sheraton Bouganvilias Resort in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico -- a Gold Crown resort that I paid over $1500 for last January for just 7 nights in a hotel room! My Mt. Amanzi purchase already paid for itself with this one trade.> Am optimistic that we can get a 2 or 3 bedroom trade for Gold Crown resort on the Costa del Sol for October or November this year. They are out there available for Mt. Amanzi trade, but we just have not decided on what week we want to go. You were absolutely right about the trading value of Mt. Amanzi - it just sounds too good to be true, but this is one case where it's everything it is said to be. My daughter, Kristina, is anxious to get her week at Dihkololo -- she's an avid golfer and skier and has already searched using my weeks and knows she can get into almost anything she wants later this year. She tells me there are no Mt. Amanzi red weeks left -- but D'lolo works just as well for her.> Thanks -- looking forward to getting my catalog.
Regards,
Diane

Dear ICW, Inc.,
My husband and I bought a timeshare at Dikhololo in South Africa. I have to admit we were doubtful that this property would be a benefit to us when we're trading to other timeshares. Well, we were wrong! Our first trade was to Vistana resort in Orlando Fl. Vistana is a gold crown resort. Our unit was spacious, beautiful and had all the extra amenities we were hoping for.
The grounds are luscious, tropical and very bountiful. There were 7 large pools, an 18 hole mini golf course, several eat in or order out restaurants, many tennis courts and a lovely gift shop. Our 9 yr old daughter had a wonderful time! Her favorite part of the vacation was walking out our patio door and feeding the fish, ducks, turtles and water bugs in the pond. We had to argue with her to get her to leave the unit to go to Disney.
Thank you so much for your expert help in buying this timeshare.
Sincerely
Karen and Andy L.
Norridgewoch, ME.

Just to let you know, I visited Massunutten this weekend for an overnighter, trying to sell a guy like me that knows a guy like you more Time share ha hahaha . $10K 4 bedroom even years to complement my odd. After the free gifts I told him about my jewel Mt Amanzi after he stuttered a little he said what about the risk ? I said well after I stay at the summit the next 3 years that I reserve it will have paid for it self anyway. He wasn't smiling much anymore.
Oh yeah I just reserved #3640 the Summit both upper and lower 4 Bedrooms for Vetreans Day week $129 on a bonus week but It was Mt Amanzi that was used to draw in fish as the bait.
Unbelievable
Use me as a reference.

Ken

Dear ICW:
Some time ago you asked me to let you know when I had completed my first exchanges with out Mt Amanzi weeks.
As of today, we have obtained reservations as follows: (1) at a Gold Crown resort in Sedona, Arizona, for a week this October (when Oak Creek Canyon should be in full color); (2) at a Gold Crown resort on Kauai, Hawaii, for the first full week of 2001; (3) a two-bedroom unit at a Gold Crown resort on "the Big Island" of Hawaii for the second full week of 2001; and (4) a unit near Waikiki Beach in Honolulu for the third full week of 2001. Needless to say, we are delighted witht the "trading power" of the Mt. Amanzi properties.
While I'm writing, let me mention that I joined "RCI Plus" and have already paid for the membership fee by obtaining three on "vacation escape" weeks -two weeks in Branson, Missouri, and one week at a resort in Arkansas. One of these weeks is for a two bedroom unit, and the weeks cost me only $129 to $179 each (the regular price being $149 and $199 respectively).
Once again, I thank you and your associates at ICW for your helpfullness as well as your professionlism. It is a pleasure doing business with you.
Sincerely Yours,
JS Walker

Dear ICW, Inc.,
Back in January of 99 we purchased a timeshare resale from you at Dikhololo Resort in South Africa. At the time we were somewhat leery regarding how it would trade as that was the sole purpose of our purchasing it. Well, our fears to date have been laid to rest! We have already traded with RCI using it and stayed in a brand new resort called Playa Grande in Cabo San Lucas. While our Dikhololo unit is a 2 bedroom, Playa Grande is a brand new and there were no 2 bedrooms available but we were able to get a one bedroom which was awesome! Playa Grande is a few doors down from Solmar at the tip of Baja. We brough some friends along and had a wonderful time.
We traded again after that, using Dikololo, and are going back to Cabo, this time staying at Solmar which is also a wonderful resort. This trip is going to take place July of this Year!
We are presently searching, using Dikhololo, for Maui for next year. Nothing yet but keeping our fingers crossed.
We are quite pleased with our purchase of Dikhololo and when we are ready to purchase another timeshare we will be sure to give you a call.
Please feel free to refer any potential customers to me for a referral, I would be glad to speak with them. I tell all my friends, all the time, timeshare is the way to vacation and buying resale is the only way to go!
Regards,
T Howe.

Last year we used two of our one bedroom African weeks to get us to Hawaii for two weeks. For January of 2004 we have three weeks in Hawaii booked, all three weeks are in two bedroom units. We bank our weeks early and start searches early, so we already have 2 weeks in Hawaii booked for 2005,again using our one bedroom African weeks for exchange into two bedroom units in Hawaii. The accomodations last year were great, and I expect they will be again in 2004 and 2005. From the beginning, ICW , has been a great help to us, always responsive to our questions.

Dear ICW, Inc.,
This note is to confirm that my husband and I had a successful trade of our South Africa timeshare at Dikhololo Resort. We exchanged our week this past June, 1999 for a week in Maui at the Kuleana Club. We were also offered a week earlier in June at the Embassy Vacation Resort in Kaanapali Beach which we declined. We were late in our attempt to make an exchange but were still successful and had a nice family vacation.
Thanks for you assistance,
Sharon B.

Dear ICW ,
I just want to thank YOU and RCI for a fabulous vacation. We used our week at Mt Amanzi Resort to trade for a week in Colorado. Our children went to the Fairfield Pagosa Resort in Pagosa Springs. The place was wonderful and Mt. Amanzi traded like a gold resort. I can not say enough about the accommodations and RCI. Everyone had a great time. We have only had our timeshare since November of 1999.

hello
i've only made one exchange with my dikhololo week ('98 week) and even though it may not be everybody's DREAM exchange, i'm happy -- i've always heard that at least once in a lifetime, everyone should experience a full moon in yosemite national park -- my husband and i will be in the yosemite valley for the september 1999 full and we can hardly wait!! he grew up outside of glacier national park, but has never been to yosemite, so besides experiencing the full moon, we are looking forward to exploring the yosemite neighborhood for a full week, from our 2 bedroom unit at worldmark at bass lake -- we got a 2 bedroom with our 1 bedroom dikhololo -- we currently have a search in for the manhatten club in new york city for october 2000 with our 1 bedroom '99 week ....... :) gloria

Dear Jeff,
I bought a Dikhololo 1bdrm unit from ICW a few months back. It has more than paid for itself in first two exchanges I have made. I have been able to exchange into Carpediem Roma Golf Club, the only timeshare in Rome, and Le Dimore Lavecchia Firenze in Florence, the only timeshare there. In addition, for next year, I have been "watching" RCI Online and see that I can get a 2bdrm Fairfield Nashville unit, to visit friends and listen to some good music! You can't beat it. Low price, rock bottom maintenence, and a real good trader. I'm glad I decided to purchase a Dikhololo week.
My wife and I have been delighted with your prompt service and terrific follow through. And the prices were excellent as well! You impressed us when you let us view real weeks in your RCI account. That kind of non-pressure, consultative selling sets ICW apart. We are also very pleased with our trades. We go to Cozumel the end of February (a belated honeymoon), we couldn't believe we got in! This morning we booked a week at Vistana in late summer. I have no doubt we will buy from ICW again and you will hear from many of our friends. You set the standard in the industry. Thanks again,
Mike and Antonette
Last year I bought two time shares with ICW. It ended up costing me a little under 4K to buy a one bedroom and a two bedroom, pay two years maintenance fees and two and a half year RCI membership. I've looked on the web for what it can trade for and it is very good. We got a place in Williamsburg for my parents and we are going to use the other to go to Disney Land this fall. I figure in the long run we will save alot of money using this. Personally I think this is the perfect thing . You can buy a week or two and just use it for Grandma when she comes down to visit. As far as working with ICW, the professional staff is great, always willing to patiently answer questions and give me help in understanding how timeshare works. They don't just leave you after the sale but follow up after every detail transpires to keep you abreast of what is going on. Their low pressure tactics make it especially comfortable buyng from them instead of being "sold" to. I highly reccomend them!
Thanks
Rob
Hi Jeff,
I'd like to let you know how pleasant it has been dealing with ICW. You guys make it very easy to do business...if I needed to talk to Jeff, I did. If I just wanted information with no urgency, I sent an email, and got a prompt reply. It is so refreshing to do business like that. The price was great, and the service even better. With Jeff and ICW acting as middlemen, I don't have to worry about maintenence fees getting credited, RCI spacebanks being done, etc. All of that is done for me, as part of the service for buying from ICW. I would recommend ICW to anybody who is looking for a low cost, good trading timeshare.

Hello Jeff,
I tried sending this to your sprynet address but it was returned, so I tried again. I also thought of sending the message to ICW. So here goes... I haven't touched base with you in some time now. I wanted to send a short message to tell you how pleased I am with my DIK purchase. I did get the share certificate, but was a bit confused as to just what it was. I finally figured it out. I looked to see if the wording reflected two weeks, but it doesn't. I am not concerned, as I am sure all is as it should be. I came through your office and that's good enough for me. I have made some wonderful trades for my two '98 weeks and have one confirmed for one '99 week. I have an RCI search working for the other. It may interest you to know: for (1) '98 week: 2BR Gold Crown Grundlsee Austria for August 2000, for (2) '98 week: 2BR Gold Crown Vistana Beach Club July 1999, for (1) '99 week: 3BR Gold Crown Planters Quarters Hilton Head Thanksgiving week '99, for (2) week '99: RCI is searching for a week in Italy to add to our Austria week in August 2000. I can verify exactly what you told me re: maturing weeks / trading power. I let the '99 weeks sit for about 2 months and then they were great. They were weak initially, but 'ripened' quickly. Imagine what they could do if I let them sit for a year! I just don't have that kind of patience however. I am looking forward to getting Y2000 maintenance fees paid and to getting two more weeks to play with. I have recommended ICW to two non-TUG friends who are just looking into TSing. One has since joined TUG at my suggestion. I think it will offer her lots of answers to the myriad questions she has. Another is a school teacher colleague. I hope she decides the TS style vacation is for her family. They love to travel, and hotels don't come close to TS units, as we know. I know there was quite a brouhaha about testimonials on your web site. I would like to give you permission to use my name as a satisfied customer, and you may use my endorsement on your site if you care to. I am delighted with my DIK weeks, and use every opportunity to tell folks about it. Everyone, that is, except my husband. He still doesn't know I bought them. I want to take a DIK-trade vacation before I break the news. When he can see where we are, and I can tell him what I paid, I don't think I'll have any problem. By the way, all is straightened out with Cape Escape. I got the credit for my charge card on a statement a while ago. All's well... Thank you again for giving me the opportunity to purchase DIK for what I did. If I really get flamboyant, maybe in a year or so, I'll be ready for more. I need to retire first, and get Bill to at least think about retirement. He only has 5 weeks of vacation now, so that's what we do together. I have all summer being a teacher so I use the extra weeks by going with teaching colleagues on occasion, like to Vistana this coming July, via DIK. All things considered, I am a happy DIKKER and a satisfied ICW customer. And you can tell the world that I said so. Please give my best to Vicki for me.
Best regards,
Betsy Kilkenny
My own experience with ICW jas been great. ICW has taken their time in making sure the customer is 150% satisfied. They try to insure the customer is getting great RCI exchanges. As for myself, they have worked with me and my concerns and that I am happy with. It is the ongoing customer service and the low price of the South Africa timeshare and its corresponding annual fees. The annual maintenance feeis lower than any timeshare in the US and also exchanges as well as my Trendwest/Worldmark timeshare. If you have questions, please feel free to E-mail me. Good Luck
Jeff, Here you go:
My dealing with the folks at ICW have been nothing less than stellar. They are prompt, professional and down right friendly. ICW is my first source when looking for good deals packaged with unmatched customer service!

Jeff:
A note to tell you how satisfied that I am with having purchased a week at Dikhololo. In the first year, I traded to a Gold Crown in Palm Springs (Casitas del Monte). In year number 2, I traded into Vistana (Orlando), another Gold Crown resort. Both resorts are unbelievably beautiful, spacious and enjoyable. Living in Canada, and with the exchange on the U.S. dollar, it is usually very expensive to vacation in the United States. Since purchasing my time share, it is now easier to holiday. In two years, the timeshare has more than paid for itself and in fact has become a very good investment. Thank you for all your assistance in making this purchase such a positive experience. I plan to buy another week from you within the next few months.
Jeff
We made our first RCI trade using our 1 br Dikhololo week. The trade was made doing an RCI ongoing search and it took about 2-3 weeks to get a confirmation into the Surf Club of Marco. The unit we received is a 2 br 2ba sleeps 6 Gold Crown unit. If this is an example of the kinds of trade that we can expect then this definitely is the best trader we have. Thanks again for all you did to make this a positive experience.
Jay & JoAnn
The trading power of a Dikhololo, South Africa week can get me into resorts in the states with a purchase price of $5000 - $10,000 and maintenance fees up to $600 per year. The clincher is you'll be purchasing your Dikhololo week(s) for under $2,000 and paying under $200 for annual maintenance fees. What a deal, luxury accomodations for camping prices!!! B.
